Packages & Pricing

Whole Health Consultation packages are available in-person or remotely via email, phone or Skype audio for those who prefer to work at their own pace and from the comfort of their location.

Initial consultation for all ages*  £90 includes:

  • New client intake form, consent form and health questionnaires completed and returned 48 hrs before your appointment.
  • Automated appointment reminder.
  • Consultation (90 minutes) to explore your current health status.
  • A bespoke Wellness Programme to arrive within three working days after your appointment outlining where appropriate and required: diet and lifestyle alterations, exercise routine, herbal formulations, flower essences, tissue/cell salts, supplements, gems/crystals, resources, blood work and laboratory test recommendations.
  • Email support.

Follow-up consultation for all ages*  £60 includes:

  • Health appraisal questionnaires completed and returned 48 hrs before your appointment.
  • Automated appointment reminder.
  • Consultation (60 minutes) to case review, monitor and evaluate your progress.
  • Blood and/or laboratory test results and interpretation (where required).
  • An up-dated bespoke Wellness Programme to arrive within three working days after your appointment.
  • Email support.

 

Mini Consultation packages are also available for mild and acute minor ailments and prevention of seasonal colds and flu’s (in-person or remotely via email, phone or Skype audio). If your situation requires more than a Mini Consultation you will be invited to make a Whole Health appointment.

Initial consultation for all ages*  £45 includes:

  • New client intake and consent form.
  • Consultation (45 minutes) to cover the essentials.
  • Prescription Care Package instructions.

Follow-up consultation for all ages*  £30 includes:

  • Consultation (30 minutes) to review, monitor and evaluate your progress.
  • Prescription Care Package up-date.

*Parental consent is required for under 16 years of age. Please also note that the above prices do not include room hire fees should we meet outside my practice.

 

Prescription Care Packages are additional costs and vary in price depending on your needs and budget (minimum spend £7 to £10 p.w supply):

  • Plus postage and packaging (Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For).
  • In cases where postage can be avoided collection can be organised.

Prescriptions take many forms e.g. fluid extracts, powders, tablets and teas. I formulate medicines for each client in my dispensary and occasionally out-source this process if I am on holiday and an emergency repeat is required. I avoid plant species classified as threatened or endangered, sourcing products from the highest quality available, certified organic, wildcrafted, ethically harvested and produced to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, non GMO, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan friendly.

Repeat Prescription Care Packages without an appointment:

  • For long term clients only.
  • Cost of prescription care package, plus an admin fee (£7), plus postage and packaging (Royal Mail 1st class Signed For).

 

Referral Letter £25:

  • To a GP/consultant or other health professional.

 

Payment:

  • Cash at the end of each in-person consultation.
  • Bank transfer or PayPal (plus PayPal service charge) for distant consultations. An invoice will be issued prior to your consultation. Once payment has been received the service will be provided.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please notify me 48 hours in advance. There is a 50% cancellation charge for non attendance without prior notice.

Please arrive five minutes before your appointment, wear comfortable clothing  and bring prescription medications, supplements, recent blood or other test results including medical reports helpful to our time together. If you would like to recycle previous prescription packaging please bring these along and I will take care of them for you.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds available for the above services.  If your prescription is damaged in the post or the wrong item has been received it will be replaced. If you have any other problems please let me know.


A limited number of concession appointments are available each month at 50% discount, up-to-date proof and I.D is required. If you have any questions or wish to book an appointment please contact me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
