Payment Options:
  • Cash at the end of each in-person consultation.
  • Bank transfer for online consultations. An invoice will be issued prior to your consultation. Once payment has been received the service will be provided.
  • Bank transfer or cash on collection for Prescription Care Package items. An invoice will be issued for you to check and agree the amount. Once payment has been received the items will be released.
Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please notify me 48 hours in advance. There is a 50% cancellation charge for non-attendance without prior notice.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds available for my services.  If your prescription is damaged in the post or the wrong item has been received it will be replaced. If you have any other problems please let me know.


Please note that I only provide healthcare guidance and dispense medicines with an appointment and, that a consultation is not a replacement for medical treatment. All services on offer are covered by professional liability insurance.
